Identifying social as the best way to reach their target markets (millennials who cared about real ingredients for their pups), Fetchit needed to ensure they turned their new customers into repeat, loyal customers.

  • Launching a brand on social from scratch, we tailored our tried and tested full-funnel paid strategy to Fetchit’s ideal audience. Building a brand awareness campaign that concentrated on communicating what set them apart from all the other dog food companies, we took an approach that aimed to build a community around their shared interests of their pet.

    The next stage of the funnel aimed to generate website traffic – we further communicated the benefits of feeding your furry friend Fetchit’s fresh meals, utilising customer testimonials and reviews from other pups who had tried (and loved) the food.

    The third step was to establish a connection and drive actions to the website. We optimise our conversion campaign for the specific action Add-To-Cart (ATC). We focused on promoting their Sample Pack, which consisted of five meals (one of each flavour) – it’s like a lucky dip for your pup - retargeting audiences who had shown interest in Fetchit previously, as well prospecting audiences and followers of competitor brands on social media.
