By leveraging targeted lead magnet campaigns, we delivered exceptional results for Strong Formula at a fraction of the industry benchmark of $10 per lead. Offering valuable content, like a free 5-day meal plan and an eBook on breaking binge-eating cycles, we attracted high-quality leads. We generated 847 leads at an average cost of just $2.15 per lead. This not only grew their email list for the app launch but also provided data for future, highly-targeted ad campaigns.

  • Strong Formula is a fitness company with a mission to empower perimenopausal and menopausal women to improve their health and rediscover their "strong" in just 6 weeks. The proven 5 x 6 formula is built on 5 pillars Activity, Attitude, Food, Sleep, Breath – and has been tried and successful for hundreds of women.

    While Strong Formula had previously conducted their 6-week programs from their Facebook group, in 2022, they decided to ascend their business through launching an app.

  • Launching a new app in the extremely concentrated fitness industry, Strong Formula understood the challenges they were about to face. The process behind developing the app was extensive and during this time, Strong Formula paused their Strong programs. However, the client wanted to maintain the momentum they had gained after being in business for several years and also wanted to continue to grow their email list for when the app was ready to go live.

  • Establishing Strong Formula’s brand awareness and increasing their email list proved to be a challenge as advertising spend was scaled back and invested into the development of the app. The Social Boutique proposed 2 lead magnet campaigns, run on a minimal $5 per day budget, that mainly targeted women who would be interested in Strong Formula’s app when it launched.

    Lead Campaign 1 was a Free Taster of Strong Formula. Women who signed up to the email list were given a 5 Day Meal Plan with a Recipe Book, and a Glute & Ab Workout from the Strong Formula program. This was a win-win, delivering high quality leads for Strong Formula, and sign ups were able to see for themselves what Strong Formula was all about before committing to a 6-week long program.

     Lead Campaign 2 was an eBook to help women break the binge and restrict cycle for good. Binge eating is a debilitating disorder that many people experience and is particularly relevant to women going through the perimenopause and menopause due to significant hormonal shifts.
