  • Superior Health Care approached our team over three years ago when they considered taking their company digital. Specialising in wholesale healthcare and wellness products for the Aged Care, Medical Industry and general public, reputation and trustworthiness are critical in an industry with few major players and where the likelihood for buyers to switch suppliers is low.

  • With no previous social advertising and launching with a small budget of $1000, we identified building a digital brand presence as the top priority for Superior Health Care to establish their reputation online. To ensure our budget was being optimised, our strategy for the first three months solely focused on awareness and traffic. As expected, engagement was low upon launch, however, after the initial period of building awareness in relevant audience segments, we launched an intent campaign, retargeting people who had viewed or interacted with the top-of-funnel ads.

    We’ve since delivered an increase in ROI every month. The client was keen to focus solely on intent campaigns from there, however, we recommended keeping a brand awareness campaign running on a low budget as it would ensure we were consistently engaging new audiences, who we could retarget. Our persistence with awareness campaigns, positioning and nurturing audiences contributed to the success our client observed during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the second extended lockdown in Victoria, consumers, who were forced to turn to digital platforms for shopping, were familiar with the Superior Health Care brand. Purchase value from social grew exponentially during this period, and to this day, our client’s social advertising continues to deliver excellent returns as we have built a loyal customer base who returns to our client’s website for their healthcare and wellness products.
